Welcome to the WMR Club Program Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment for the WMR Club Program. 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. Registrants can pay in full or select the payment plan option (until Oct. 1), which involves a $1,000 down payment (per registration) followed by 3 equal installments due on the 15th of each month.

Please Note: WMR program registrations cannot be resold, transferred, or refunded. 

Please purchase Regsaver Insurance in case of need for reimbursement for non-refundable athlete registration fees in case of injury, illness, job layoff, military leave, and more. Regsaver is offered in partnership with AIG.

WMR's Club Program (USSS Track) is a competitive alpine racing travel program for athletes U8-U18 (travel commitment varies per age group) with some alpine racing experience. If you are new to the sport, please contact Program Director Sara Montgomery at sara@westmountain.com before registering.

The WMR Club Program includes:

  • Fall Dryland (Conditioning) Training 1 day a week on Sunday's from 9am-12pm (if registered for 2023-2024 program) October-November.
  • On-Snow Training at West 5 days a week (approx. 19 hours a week non-holiday weeks) Dec. – March Tues-Thursday 6-8pm, and Saturday's and Sunday's (with the Academy Team) from 8:30am-3pm. 
  • Christmas, MLK Day, and February Break Training 8:30am-3pm on designated days
  • Locker in Team Room
  • Full Privilege Seasons Pass
  • Coaching support at NYSSRA races 
  • WMR Team Coat

Program Fees exclude all other fees and charges, such as but not limited to the following: early season and late season training and transportation fees and charges, all camps, all ski passes and lift tickets at other mountains, all competition entry fees, all governing body and association fees, and all schooling and lodging. Multi-child families pay the full rate for the first child and receive 10% off the second child, 20% off the third child and so on. Club participants must train and travel with WMR. WMR reserves the right to limit participation. Please contact Program Director Sara Montgomery at sara@westmountain.com with questions.
